Happy Holidays

Hi Guys : )

Yipee!!! It is finally the holidays which is always a happy time for me even though I hate the cold weather. There are three very important days for me in December that make this time of year so exciting despite the stress. As you know the birth of Christ is coming soon as well as my birthday.

Lately I have been very busy working. At the top of the month I figured why not grind super hard and try to make as much $$$ as possible for the holidays. I have been doing mainly live events since this is a busy time here in NYC.

The first week of the month I worked the New York Shoe Expo. If you recall I worked the same event in June and this time around I was hired by a new company. This time I modeled for L.A.M.B which is Gwen Stefani's fashion line. I also modeled for Betsey Johnson which is a very well known and respected designer. The shoes I modeled were for the Spring/Fall '08 Collection and it took all my strength to not go crazy up in there!!! Being in the showroom and modeling for buyers like Bloomingdales, Macy's, Nordstrom, Zappos.com, and DSW was an honor and I hope to be back in February.

This past week I worked a promo for Alberta Canada at Bryant Park. This time of year Bryant Park is so gorgeous because they have the ice skating rink and shops and during the day and at night it is just so picturesque with the historic buildings and lights around you. All week long I was wearing these amazing furs, hanging out with people, drinking hot cocoa, listening to live music, getting massages and just enjoying the holiday spirit. I generally don't do this much promo but if it is a gig for a couple of consecutive days and the money is right, I will be here. I still plan to cut back on some of the work in the new year so I can go back to studying and seeking speaking roles.

Well now I am just sitting in my messy house eating ramen, HA! Never fear I went to the grocery store yesterday so I's got food now but after the last three weeks I need to just relax, clean, cook, and start my shopping. I will do some more auditions/go-sees this week but mostly just wait excitedly until I spend time with my loved ones : ) Happy Holidays to you!!!
